Our Fostering a Strategy-Focused Organization coaching program is designed to teach leaders the psychology of leadership pertaining to accountable strategy management, the psychology of staff and employees pertaining to a strategic transformational change, and how to practically implement the four phases of strategy management (i.e., analyze, develop, execute, and manage).

Fostering a Strategy-Focused Organization is a 10-week virtual coaching program that is led by an expert strategist. The program consists of suggested readings from articles, passages from the books Strategy Is Spelled ADEM, and the Executive Performance Journal, and the Four Stages of Psychological Safety: Defining the Path to Inclusion and Innovation.
