Mastering Strategic Risk Management is a self-directed online course that is designed to teach leaders how to evaluate a strategic plan for strategic risk and to successfully develop a strategic risk plan to help achieve a company’s strategic priorities. 

Learning Objectives:

• Describe the purpose of having a strategic risk plan
• Articulate a categories of enterprise risk 
• Create a criterion for strategy risk (i.e., Likert scale, descriptions, etc.) 
• Develop a strategic risk plan (i.e., risk priority rating, heat map, etc.) 
• Plot a heat map priority score
• Manage strategic risk 

The course consists of suggested readings from articles, the book Strategy Is Spelled ADEM, and the Executive Performance Journal.  

Since this course is self-directed, you may study and complete assignments at times that are most convenient for you from the comfort of your own home.
