Mastering Human Capital Readiness (HCR) is a self-directed online course that is designed to teach leaders how to evaluate a strategic plan, identify strategic competencies in a strategic plan, align talent to pillars in a strategic plan, create a readiness assessment to evaluate the readiness of your talent, and develop talent to successfully implement your strategic plan.
