Mastering the Strategy Map is a self-directed online course that is designed to teach leaders the perspectives and elements of a strategy map and how to successfully develop one. 

Learning Objectives:

• Describe the components of a strategy map 
• Describe tangible financial assets and intangible non-financial assets of a strategy map 
• Articulate the cause-and-effect logic of a strategy map 
• Logically organize strategic objectives on a strategy map  

The course consists of suggested readings from articles, the book Strategy Is Spelled ADEM, and the Executive Performance Journal.
