Human Capital Readiness: A Strategic Approach to Organizational Success

Human Capital Readiness is a critical concept that focuses on the preparedness of an organization's workforce to execute and advance strategic plans. To master Human Capital Readiness, organizations must:

  2. Align these competencies with strategic job families and objectives.
  3. Assess and develop employees based on their current skills and strategic potential.
  4. Implement an incentive plan and coaching system to guide employees toward readiness.
