The Strategy Management Bootcamp is designed to help leaders master the full cycle of strategy management.
Not all leaders and managers are born strategists but those who have participant in our strategy management bootcamps became Generals of organization strategy. Our strategy management bootcamps are designed to build leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attributes to lead any large or small company through the full cycle of strategy management.
Leaders learn how to foster a strategy-focused organization by conducting environmental scans, leading town halls, and creating a strategic vision and a strategy maps. They learn how to align a corporate strategy to business units and to cascade objectives throughout an organization. They also learn how to create human capital readiness plans and performance models to link and engage all staff and employees to the organization’s strategy.
Our strategy management bootcamp is a five-day in person or online certificate program. The interactive workshops are facilitated by certified experts in the field of strategy management who collaboratively design their material to help professionals and organizations create a culture of employee engagement and strong leadership who can outperform their peers.

Strategy Management Bootcamp
The Strategy Management Bootcamp is a five-day certificate program designed to help leaders master the full cycle of strategy management.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn cerebral strategies for facilitating a strategic planning session using Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Safety, and the hemispheres of the whole brain.
- Conduct an environmental scan, executive interviews, mid-level focus groups, and workforce townhalls.
- Create a strategic vision and aligns it with a change agenda and a strategic plan.
- Develop strategic priorities using scenario planning, red or blue oceans strategies, platform strategies, etc.
- Align resources, business units, and talent to strategic plan.
- Cascade strategic priorities to business units.
- Align talent to a strategic plan and manage staff resistance.
- Conduct initiative, strategy, and strategy refresh meetings.
This course is led by a certified, professional strategy manager who will teach leaders the Balanced Scorecard using the five phases of strategy management (i.e., analyze develop, execute, and manage).
The bootcamp can be offered in person or online.
Variations of this workshop are designed for high schoolers and graduate students.
