I'm Dr. Mario Wallace
After graduating with my Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy Management (DBA), I was tagged to lead a strategic planning initiative that included more than 25 business units and 17,000 staff and employees. Not exactly the way I expected to start my new career! But I took on the challenge, learn through the process, and perfected my strategy management system. Today, I have created more than 65 strategic plans for large companies in higher education, healthcare, academic medicine, the private sector.
Now, I use evidence-based strategy management theories and frameworks and my own personal experiences to help organizations or leaders just like you create competitive strategic plans that lead to unprecedented outcomes.
